By completing the z999k registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" or "Accept" checkbox presented during onboarding, or by simply accessing and using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that:
3.1 Age Requirement
Access to z999k is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age threshold is non-negotiable and applies to all users regardless of their location. z999k employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point during an account's lifetime.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility
z999k primarily serves players based in Pakistan. It is the sole responsibility of each User to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. z999k makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside of those it explicitly supports. Users in Restricted Jurisdictions must not use the Platform.
3.3 Single Account Policy
Each individual person is permitted to hold one (1) z999k account only. Persons found to have registered multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — will have all duplicate accounts closed and any associated balances forfeited without recourse.
4.1 Registration Requirements
To register a z999k account, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, a valid email address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number. You must not use fictitious names, borrowed identities, or misleading information during registration.
4.2 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z999k login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will bear full responsibility for such activity.
4.3 Compromised Accounts
If you believe your z999k account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected]. z999k will investigate and may temporarily suspend the account during review. z999k accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials.
4.4 KYC Verification
z999k reserves the right to request KYC documentation — including a government-issued CNIC, passport, or driving licence, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership — at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the period specified in a verification request may be restricted from withdrawals or suspended entirely until verification is completed satisfactorily.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods
z999k accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are denominated and credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless the cryptocurrency pathway is used, in which case conversion to PKR-equivalent value occurs at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation.
5.2 Minimum Deposit
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the z999k cashier page and may vary by payment method. z999k reserves the right to revise minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Deposit Processing
Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit to your z999k balance within sixty (60) seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the originating institution. z999k is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banks.
5.4 Prohibited Deposits
You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, prepaid cards registered to another person, or funds derived from illegal activity are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.
6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility
Withdrawal of real-money funds is available to all verified z999k account holders whose accounts are in good standing. Accounts with pending KYC verification, open bonus wagering requirements, or active fraud investigations may not be eligible to withdraw until the relevant matter is resolved.
6.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with z999k's anti-money-laundering obligations. 7.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by z999k are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, validity periods, minimum odds restrictions, and eligible game lists. These specific terms are published alongside each individual promotion and form part of this Agreement by incorporation.
7.2 Wagering Requirements
Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the relevant promotion before withdrawal. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only unless stated otherwise. Real-money stakes count toward wagering in full; bonus-funded stakes may count at a reduced rate depending on the game category.
7.3 Bonus Abuse
z999k actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, systematic low-risk betting solely to clear wagering requirements, collusion between accounts, and exploitation of software errors or pricing mistakes. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses voided and may be subject to permanent closure.
7.4 Promotional Changes
z999k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already accepted and in progress by users who have already begun meeting wagering requirements.
8.1 Game Integrity
All casino games offered on z999k — including slots, live dealer tables, and virtual games — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, outcomes determined by physical means overseen by trained dealers. z999k does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.2 Sports Betting Rules
Cricket betting and other sports markets on z999k are governed by the specific sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a match cancellation, abandonment, or other exceptional circumstances, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the specific market. z999k's decision on the settlement of any bet is final.
8.3 Errors & Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or obvious pricing mistake on any game or betting market, z999k reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. No liability is accepted for winnings arising from a manifest error.
8.4 Maximum Winnings

In summary, z999k collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and where you have given consent, marketing communications. z999k does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial purposes unrelated to the operation of the Platform.

13.1 Platform Availability
z999k endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party infrastructure failures, or events beyond z999k's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. z999k accepts no liability for losses — including missed betting opportunities — caused by Platform downtime.
13.2 Cap on Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, z999k's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 Exclusion of Consequential Losses
z999k shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if z999k has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
13.4 User Responsibility
You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. z999k is not responsible for any financial loss you sustain as a result of gaming activity on the Platform, provided such losses result from fair, properly-functioning game and betting operations.
14.1 z999k's Right to Suspend
z999k reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: a User has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; z999k has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity; a User's account is subject to a law enforcement request or court order; or a User fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
14.2 User-Initiated Closure
You may request closure of your z999k account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable deductions) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.
14.3 Effect of Closure
Following account closure, whether initiated by z999k or by the User, any pending bets placed before the closure date will be settled normally and the resulting balance processed in accordance with this section. No new bets or deposits may be placed following closure.
z999k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, z999k will provide reasonable advance notice by posting a notification on the Platform homepage or by sending an email to the address registered on your account.
Your continued use of the z999k Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.2.
16.1 Informal Resolution

16.2 Escalation
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the informal resolution process, you may escalate your complaint to z999k's compliance department for senior review. Escalated complaints will receive a final written decision within fourteen (14) business days of escalation.
16.3 Governing Law
This Agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulatory frameworks. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory authority for the resolution of disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal escalation process.
